Premiere 3D

Black Walnut Premiere 3D An immersive design experience that lets you see your landscape before you build it. Premiere 3D pairs a coordinated 2D plan set and irrigation concept with a polished Vip3D model, curated still renderings, and a guided video walkthrough—so you can make confident, final decisions. You’ll receive a scaled site, hardscape, and softscape plan, an irrigation plan, a material palette sheet, a plant list, and a 1–2 minute video tour with 6–10 hero images. Three revision rounds cover both 2D and 3D updates. Contractor support is included when installed by a Black Walnut trusted partner, giving you a smooth handoff from vision to build.

  • Scaled 2D Plan Set (PDF, 11x17 or A3)

    • Site Plan: property lines, house footprint, drives/walks, visible utilities, key grades/elevations.

    • Hardscape Plan: layout of patios, walks, steps, walls/edging, pads; primary dimensions; material direction notes. No takeoffs.

    • Softscape Plan: planting zones, key specimen placements, bed outlines/groundcovers; planting character legend (anchor, screening, seasonal color, pollinator, water-wise). No quantities.

    • Irrigation Plan: zone diagram with mainline/laterals routing, valve/controller/backflow locations, head/nozzle types per zone, drip zones. Conceptual—no counts/pipe lengths.

  • Immersive 3D Model

    • High-fidelity 3D model of the proposed design built in Vip3D, reflecting grades, structures, hardscape, plant masses, lighting placeholders, and material palettes.

  • 3D Video Tour (1–2 minutes)

    • Curated walkthrough showcasing key sequences (arrival, entertaining zone, focal moments, night preview if lighting add-on is purchased).

  • View Stills (6–10 hero images)

    • High-res renders: front approach, backyard lounge, dining, key sightlines, before/after pair if helpful.

  • Plant List (PDF)

    • Botanical/common names, recommended install sizes, sun/water needs, zone suitability, and intent notes. No quantities.

  • Material Palette Sheet (PDF)

    • Product families and finish tones for pavers/stone, edging, gravel/mulch, wood/metal accents; sample SKUs or vendors as guidance (no purchase links required).

  • Three Rounds of Revisions

    • Up to 3 consolidated revision cycles covering 2D, 3D, and irrigation.

  • File Package and Access

    • Combined 2D plan set PDF; individual PDFs; link to download 3D video and stills; all assets delivered via Google Drive.

  • Contractor Support eligibility

    • Included when installed by a Black Walnut trusted partner (pre-con call, one coordination call, one punch-list review; 30 minutes each).

    • Zoning layout, mainline and lateral routing, backflow location, controller location, valve placement, head/nozzle types per zone, drip zones indicated. High-level specs; no pipe length counts or head counts.

  • Plant List (PDF)

    • Botanical/common names, recommended install sizes, sun/water needs, zone suitability, and intent notes (anchor, screening, accent). No quantities.

  • Material List (PDF)

    • Product families/spec guidance (pavers/stone, edging, mulch, soils, amendments). Descriptive only—no takeoffs.

Signature

A fully coordinated 2D plan set with irrigation that brings your vision, layout, and water strategy into perfect alignment. Signature builds on Essentials with an irrigation plan that maps zones, routing, and component types, so your landscape performs as beautifully as it looks. You’ll receive a scaled site plan, hardscape plan, softscape plan with planting character, an irrigation plan, and curated plant and material guidance. Three revision rounds ensure the details are dialed in without the complexity of quantity takeoffs. Ideal for clients who want clear plans and water-wise confidence before stepping into construction or 3D visualization.

Essentials

A streamlined, build-ready 2D plan set that gives you clarity without overwhelm. Essentials defines the layout of your hardscapes and planting areas, establishes the aesthetic direction, and provides curated plant and material selections—so your installer can bid and build with confidence. You’ll receive a scaled site plan, hardscape plan, and softscape plan, plus a plant list and material guidance. Two revision rounds keep decisions focused and efficient. Quantities and irrigation are excluded, keeping this tier ideal for smaller projects or phased installs and for clients planning to bid with their contractor’s own measurements.
